I started running in 2003 to get better at rugby. Rugby’s gone, but I’m still running strong. In 2008, I PRed at every distance. In 2009 I spent the entire year injured with one of many minor but debilitating injuries (piriformis syndrom, severely bruised IT band after a bike accident, strained calf). In 2010, I’d like to run again. I’d really like to run Boston in 2011.

I played rugby back in college and now I run too!
