Yesterday I went for another 16-minute run. And this time, I felt good! I covered the same amount of ground as last time, but there was no pain, and my leg swung freely.
After the run I convinced Wes to go to yoga, where we spent the next hour seated with our legs out in front of us, my least favorite seated position. If you’re a runner, try it. Your hip flexors will hate you too. So they’re a little sore today, but otherwise I’m ok.
And now I’m looking forward to celebrating my recovery with a (very slow) Crystal City 5k this Friday.
